How I work
I offer daytime and evening sessions.

Sessions are generally weekly.

I offer short-term and long-term therapy.
​How things are going for you can be reviewed at any point and your feedback is always welcome.

I also offer phone and zoom sessions where we have been able to meet in person previously.

Sessions for individuals cost £70 (50 mins)

Couples sessions cost:

£85 for the first session (1 hour) 

​Subsequent sessions:
1 hour - £85
or 1 1/4 hours if agreed between us - £105
